Kemaren serper 2003 dikantor bermasalah, knapa?
temen gue bilang, masalahnya timbul sehabis serper standby, atawa kalo serper ga dipakai sama sekali, loh..masa sih, .
penasaran tak coba, wekz..didiemkan en dipakai selama kurang dari setengah jam, langsung hung sama skali, kompi klien yang mo login kerserper juga ga dapet IP, dicoba statik sama aja, tapi anehnya yang sudah terlanjur konek ke serper urung punya masalah, loh..ya inilah windows..duh.
lanjut..
coba cek proses yang berjalan, manual aja pake “task manager”, ko ada proses baru “W32MVS”, apa itu, liat on start>run>services.msc, loh ada serpis “Microsoft Visual Studio”, sejak kapan nginstall produk gituan di serper, puih..
penasaran yang berkelanjutan, langsung masukin keyword on google, dapet link berikut WORM_CODBOT.BF,
oh ternyata si codot, sial2..
langsung remove dah tuh serpis (safemode:mode) en patch lagi (lagi..) tuh windows..duh

Follow this trick..

Create a new virtual machine
1. Start Microsoft Virtual PC 2004.
2. Create a new virtual machine by clicking the “New” button. Follow the New Virtual Machine
Wizard.
2.1. Click “Next” and Select the “Create a virtual machine” option. Click “Next”.
2.2. Fill the Name the virtual machine. For example: “Ubuntu”. Click “Next”.
2.3. Select “Other” on the Operating System Options. Click “Next” Again.
2.4. Recommended RAM of 128MB. Select “Adjusting the RAM” and configure for at least
256MB. Click “Next”
2.5. Select the virtual disk option. Use “A new virtual hard disk”. Click “Next”
2.6. Specify the Virtual Hard Disk Location. Click “Next”
2.7. Click “Finish” to create the new virtual machine.
3. Start the virtual machine. The “BIOS” will boot. If you want to install from the ISO file, click the CD menu and select “Capture ISO Image…” then browse the “ubuntu-6.06.iso” file.
4. After ubuntu boot screen up, then hit the “ESC” key, and “ENTER” when the windows box confirmation show up. (see skrinsut)
5. When “boot” Prompt show up,
just type “install debian-installer/framebuffer=false”, hit “ENTER” and follow the instruction like usually. (see skrinsut)
6. When Finish and restart, en you can get the messy Xwindows environment, hehehe..
Press Crtl+Alt+F1. Login With Your Usernamer and type “sudo dpkg-reconfigure xserver-xorg”,
When Windows box come up, (see skrinsut)
choose the default setting with pressing “ENTER”, When the color depth settings come up select “16″, (see skrinsut)
Finishing, press Ctrl+Alt+F7, then press Ctrl+Alt+Backspace. Wait for a while when Ubuntu reset and comeback with graphical user interface you want..

Note:
debian-installer/framebuffer=false - will tell the installer NOT to install the framebuffer..:D

pernah mengalami yang kaya gitu, kalo pernah ngutak-atik setting bahasa pada akun gmail anda dari default (editor: english (US)) ke bahasa indonesia, pasti pernah mengalami hal seperti itu, menjengkelkan bukan, Penyelesaiannya gampang cuma ganti setting bahasa indonesia tadi ke default (editor: english (US)) semula, tidak perlu sampai menghubungi pihak gmail support, tapi permasalahannya bagaimana mau mengganti jikalau masuk gmail saja kita belum bisa. Yupe jangan berkecil hati tinggal ikutin trik ini mudah-mudahan berhasil,
Pertama-tama setelah anda login ke gmail dan muncul login box pemberitahuan “error 700″, segera ketik https://www.google.com/accounts/ManageAccount?hl=id
di tab baru browser anda lalu pada pilihan My service pilih gmail dan klik settings untuk mengganti setting bahasa indonesia tadi menjadi default (editor: english (US)) lagi, simpan perubahan dan buka inbox anda, niscaya gmail anda kembali seperti semula..lol

n you dont bring your windows cd to restore them,
do you, yes you…
so what should you do, simple answer is bring the cd, boot, n rename the missing n copy them, mmm..wasting time ha..
the conclusion for not to wasting time again is just copy all windows cd to your partition (editor: not in your system/windows partition) n recovery console onto your harddrive, so you can restore from that. I dont tell you how to copy all cd windows to your harddrive cos you know it, but i want to tell the trick how to copy or install “recovery console” onto your harddrive.
the trick just simple, first insert the windows cd on your cddrive n open “command prompt” then type “E:\cd I386” then “E:\I386\winnt32 /cmdcons”
click “yes” on window question box, progres n then “ok“, Now on next booting you can see option “windows recovery console“, yup2 thats all, simple n clean
“dont blame your, but blame the windows cos not supported with your skill”

Ps: this trick I was installed to all pc in my client or my friend, hikss..

mmm..abis install ubuntu 6.06, eh flash player plugin di firefoxnya lom bisa, huehuehue..
coba pake $ sudo apt-get install flashplugin-nonfree ternyata ga bisa..
terpaksa manual deh..
